the diarehha is probably from your little one being stressed out, if it continues i would cook up some white rice and hamburger meat for her. As far as the teeth go, puppies will either swollow their baby teeth, or just fall out, fiona lost all but 1 baby tooth before her spay, and the vet will usually extract any remaining baby teeth at spay time.
