First of all, I know how you feel. My Gypsy does this every once in a while. For no apparent reason she will get insane diareah.
They gave us flagyl, which sometimes help, but is a REALLY GOOD thing to give your dogs every once in a while because it kills everything.
It turned out that Gypsy just had a REALLY bad virus and we just had to wait it out.
