awwww I wish I could give you advice. I only have boys and when one was neutered I had to cage him to keep him still. I would take her to the vet if you feel concerned for her... noone knows your pup better than you do, and you'll know when something is wrong. Did the vet give you pain meds for after the surgery for her?
I hope she comes around soon and is back to her spunky old self!
