Oh, when you said she was "all bones" I thought you meant she was skinny. That’s why breeders study the pedigree, or family tree. You learn if mom was the biggest, smallest, or just average of her relatives, same with dad, some 4 pound studs, were the runts of the litter, and throw off puppies much bigger than themselves so that's why understanding the line is so important if you want to accurately predict future weight. The chart is just a tool, with a margin of error. Did you have a bile acids test done, I don't think the vet would know if there a problem without doing this. If she passed that, I wouldn't worry, some yorkies are thinner and some are tiny with a more cobby body.
