Ten weeks is very young, 12 weeks is the minimum that the YTCA recommends, and she probably is missing her mom. Make sure the crate is comfortable with padding and blankets, I took a several blankets to the breeders and had her rub mama down with them, that way I had some scent of the mama at his new home. At night, I kept his crate next to my bed, and ours had a zipper that I could stick my hand in and sooth him, this seemed to help. Remember they can only hold their urine for 1 hour per month of age, so you do need to take her out and place her on a pad or outside, every couple of hours, and some crying is due to the fact that they have to go pee. Also, there are different aids you can buy to simulate the mothers heartbeat. Here's one called the Puppy Cuddle Pal
