Oh he looks 100 percent Yorkie. And, OMG he is adorable. Baby Yorkies will sometimes look like little Rotties until their color breaks in. I remember when I had my little five week old (5 weeks is too young but she was a rescue I was caring for) my nephew thought I had a baby rottweiler pup. LOL.
