Default Barking first thing in the morning

We have a 7 month old female silky and a 5 month old male yorkie. to be honest with you we dont really have any problems with either of them besides getting them housebroken but thats another story. our big problem is with the 5 month old male. getting them to go to bed is fine, they dont bark they just go to sleep but when he wakes up in the morning anywhere from 4am -6am and just barks like the world is ending and wont stop for nothing until he is out, it happens every single day, this is the only time he will bark like that. we have them both in a crate separated since they still arent house broken. we have tried the sonar barking thing which was a joke. tried the bark (shock) collar which kinda worked until he figured out he could just bark a little bit lower to where it would shock him but still loud enough to annoy you. a muzzle which didnt do anything. we tried to put him in our room at night which he wouldnt even go to sleep. i havent had a decent nights sleep since i hate to say it but before we got him. We would hate to find him another home because of this, so this is why im here to look for possible solutions for this. our female is basically an angel she doesnt bark. our second problem is trying to get them housebroken. they are both in a crate at night just big enough for them to stand up and turn around. everynow and then they will (pee) in there. they both stopped going #2 lol in the cage. they both know to go outside but they get lazy and dont tell us and still continue to go in the house. help im tired
