The original Dq was written into the YTCA standard to keep off colored Yorkies out of the show ring.(parti, chocolate, blond, etc) I dont think that it was worded correctly and some judges get it and others do not. In 3 1/2 years hopefully it will be re-written so all can understand it the way it was meant.
