When another dog comes into the house, a male dog often starts marking, this isn't the same as revenge peeing. It's more of a hormonal thing, and not much can be done, except bellybands.
I hate for anyone to think that their dog is getting revenge on them; this will not lead to proper training, and could lead to aggressive behavior from the owner.
