Default reaction to rabies shot?? Need your help!!

What are the signs that your dog is having a reaction to the rabies shot?

Peppi is my cocker spaniel. She is 11 years old and got a rabies shot yesterday. In all those years she has never had a reaction to any shot.

She was doing fine today, walking around, playing like normal.
I just got back and she is now on her bed refusing to move and shivering.
I took her temperature and it was 101.8, so no high temperature.
I don't know what else it could be besides a reaction to the shot? She has always been so healthy and since this just came on today I am thinking a reaction to the shot, right?

I am going to try to give her some benadryl to see if that will help and she doesn't improve soon I will take her in to the vet.

Anyone have any suggestions on what this could be or what I can do??
