Sad She won't stop chewing and I'm going insane!

EVERYTHING is a chew toy except for her chew toys. I redirect her with a toy every time she is chewing on something she isn't supposed to and I firmly tell her no and clap very loud near her and the object she isn't supposed to chew on. She has ignored her chew toys and is not responding to my clapping, my stern voice or pennies in a can etc. She just keeps chewing. Sprays and deodorant aren't working. I know she is teething but I can't get her to teeth on any kind of chew toys. Today she got behind a little cube thing that holds DVDs on my floor. She grabbed the pull piece for the blinds that was on the floor behind it. When I stomped my foot loudly (a new one) and said "No..." she ignored me and grabbed it to run. The string caught a picture frame, knocking it off onto the floor making a loud noise right behind her and she took off getting the string wrapped around her neck. She wouldn't stop pulling as it tightened. Luckily, I was on the couch and took it from around her neck but then she went right back to the string to do it again! She is FEARLESS and its really going to hurt her if she doesn't stop getting into things. The only way I can get her to stop is to crate her, which I do when I leave. She chews the toys there. Is there anything that will make this stop!?
