 Christmas this year,
turkey smoker cooked a 12 pound turkey,started at Christmas Eve at 3pm cooked til 5 pm the next day, husband and his friend took turns checking it. LOL Well it was tasty, but it took an hour in the oven to finsh it though.
it's a guy thing I quess.
