I can try and help with the pack leader- i think we've all been there
The most important thing is her food- if you free feed you should think about chaging that. She needs to know her food comes from you. Layla has to sit politely while i make her food and then (thi smay sound dumb) i pretent to eat some of it to show her that i eat first, then she can have waht is left. She has to sit and "look at me" while i put her food down and then she waits to be released. Same with her treats- nothing is free- make her sit, or down for her treats. Walking is also a great way to establish leadership. She must walk beside you- not in front of you. IF she starts to pull- stop and walk the oppsotie way so she sees that you are in control of the walk.
