Flo sounds like a great girl with a fabulous fur-brother! She also sounds like a typical Yorkshire Terrier - or is that terror! Yorkies are somewhat hard to housebreak. There is a lot of good info in our Training section that you might want to read. And crate training is not mean - a lot of dogs love their crates and the security they represent, as well as consistency.
