Violet came home last night! We got home around 10pm, and she was soo happy to be here! I took her out of her carrier and set her down on the floor and her little tail was wagging and she spent the next hour either right at my feet or sitting with me on the floor.
She ate a little boiled chicken, even! She didn't sleep well last night - I heard her little cone clunking around in her crate all night, but she is napping comfortably now. She had some more chicken at 4am, and more at 8am. So far it has all stayed down! Knock on wood, though! The hardest part has been getting her to take her medications. She is on 4, and she shrieks and generally freaks out if I try to give them by syringe, so I've been mixing them into her food, which, so long as she continues to eat should work!
