What caught my attention was that same as you. It almost made it sound like you could buy the certifcate and be able to take your dog with you anywhere. Almost like


if you spend $395 you can bring fluffy with you everywhere you go. I started to look at it a little more but makes me wonder what they are really trying to promote.
