Dolly wears a necklace (her name engraved on the front of the heart and my phone # engraved on the back) instead around the house. I got it for her at things remembered (length of human bracelet works perfect for her tiny neck). its very lightweight and sturdy(made of silver, easy to clean), definitely break away as well.
although I highly doubt the chance of her taking off on her own, she's even afraid to go downstairs by herself
but you never know, in case of a hurricane or something, better to be safe than sorry
