 Horrifying
I too could not watch it to the very end. I had my dh come in to see exactly what a puppy mill is. We both feel that the owners should be treated the same way as these blessed animals were. But fortunately for them OUR CONSTITUTION prevents cruel & unusual punsihment. Surely that state has a law governing to the cruelty to animals. They should be sentenced the the full extent of the law for each and every animal they had. That should keep them locked up for a long time and serve as a deterent to others! |
