So sorry for your loss, but in my opinion you did the right thing by getting another to share your love. You will never replace the ones that are gone, but everyone has enough love for much more than 2. I have lost several over the years and I know for me it is best to get another immediately. I once had to have one put to sleep, and when I got out into the car my new puppy got in my lap and kissed my tears away. She knew how sad I was. Your new puppy will never take the place of the others, but she will make a place of her own. |
