I know Crystalsmom posted it earlier - but there are really some great ideas in here!
I see that it was freezing there overnight - in the 20s - and that it is suppose to be in the 40s but up to 25 mile winds today - which means the windchill will still like be below the freezing point.
I am so scared for Yoshi. I pray someone has gotten him somewhere warm.
Was he wearing a sweater or a coat? did he have a harness on? Tags? I know the microchip helps - but so many people don't even think about that/or even know about it. I know some vets don't even check for them when someone new comes in with a dog.
Do you have people to help you look for him??? You need an army with these little ones
