wow, thats a very dramatic increase!
the store I usually go to get the girls food had a promotional program forever -buy 10 bags(accumulative) and get 1 free,they just sent out a note saying they can no longer afford to honor the promotion starting this month! I think everybody is probably hurt by this economy more or less.
