They say it should be big enough for them to stand up and turn around in, any bigger and they think of it as an apartment and not a bed, so they are likely to pee in it. If you have a crate that is too big some people put dividers in it to block off access to certain areas. Remember she can only hold it for 1 hour per month of age, so at her age 2 hours is the maximum time she can hold it. Don't withhold water, this doesn't allow the badder to grow and gradually stretch, it just causes reduced urine output which isn't healthy. Best of luck!
