Well, to make pictures smaller- open them with PAINT- MOST PC have that program
Right click on Image- go to strech & skew- it will have 100 in both the boxes- change it to 50 - or what you need- make sure both NUMBERS ARE THE SAME IN BOTH BOXES.
yOU CAN GO BACK AND DO IT UNTILL YOU GET IT THE SIZE YOU WANT!
aND IF YOU DO NOT HIT SAVE CHANGES- IT WILL GO BACK TO ORIGNIAL!
Thats the only way I know- but I am sure there are many other ways!
The blinking avy's- several people make them- do a seach on here- you should find some threads on who does make them!
