hi and welcome to YT , sounds as if you have a typical yorkie pup on your hands.
Good luck with your training its just akes time with the potty training one of ours used to do the lets go out for 2 hours an come back and use the pee pad thing but with persisitance and plenty of treats for pottying outside is now 100% house trained as for the growling, they are little terriers and part of their personality.
