Default crystals in urine and small infection???

My female Yorkie is almost 12 months. She has peeing everywhere and I had a uranalisis done. It came back that she has a bit of infection and tiny crystals in her urine. The vet wanted to change her diet ,do xrays to see if she had Bladder stones. I said i thought that doing antibiotics first to see if it clears up was the best way to start. Seeing as the crystal were very tiny I am hoping it is just an infection.
I have only had her since November so if she does have bladder stones I am thinking that she might have come with them and I will be pretty upset. I purchased her for breeding so I am worried there may be more issues and I won't be able to use her.... I will lose alot of money I will never be able to sell her for what I purchased her for. It will also break my heart because i am very attached to her now.
Has anyone else had this? IF so what was wrong?
I know that there can be many other issues it could be... But I am just worried about her.
