Sad Help with wiggling teeth!

bambi always been having problem with tartar buildups, and i'm guilty of not brushing his teeth enough (he gets very angry when we do it)...now..we found that one of his tooth (small one next to his canine tooth) is wiggling, with tartar near its roots. What shall i do?

can it be saved? should i brush it more or will it just make it fall faster? or should i have it pulled or let it fall off naturally? is it ok that he swallows it?

any advice will be appreciated!!
