You're not alone in the looking for a job department. For a good two months I've been looking. I'm in graduate school right now so I was looking for something part time this semester and then eventually full time once I have my masters in August. Well I've received a few email/phone/letter "thank you but no".
It used to be with a high school diploma you were set. And then it became with a college degree you were a sure thing. Now, not to scare anyone, a lot of industries want a graduate degree. I'm paying for this second year of my masters program with government loans, I couldn't finish school without them. But when I enter the world of social work (I know, don't even say anything about social work and no money) I'll have over $25k of loans. So they've made it possible for me to graduate but they're not exactly going to go away easily.
All the same I'm staying positive and hoping things work out!
