I have a feeling that the great response is because of the great recommendations on YT.
When I got my free sample there was an offer for some free 'human' dry skin sample products for shipping cost only (I think $6.95). I ordered a gallon of Milksheen shampoo and got $10 off that they offered and the shipping cost for the Milksheen was included in the $6.95 shipping price. Sounded like a pretty good deal to me.
