HAAAAAAAAA I know where you can get a fluffy furry baby blue sweater that would be perfect and then you only have to come up with the head part.
HEYYYYYYYYYYY I was thinking.. maybe you could buy 2 sweaters and use one for wearing and the other to make a hood out of and attach the eyes like was mentioned.
Ok so now I'm thinking maybe I could give it a go????????
