Hello, Yeah my little baby has it.... She weights about 4lbs, and she is almost 2 years old. When Haleigh get exicted, its starts. I find by picking her up and rubbing under her neck, and walking her around and looking at trees, or objects in the house, she calms down......Poor girl though, it sounds so bad.......
