For those of you who saw the show, did you see the part when Cesar told the owner to "tug" on his lease to stop his behavior? The Yorkie was wearing a
collar and the owner mentioned concern about chocking him. Cesar then put a harness on him and explained to her that what he did was harmless, and that he ( the Yorkie) may be making that noise for attention. (This is not verbatem, but the meaning is the same).
I could not believe that he put the lease on the collar in the first place, let alone TUG it. He should have immediately told her about the importance of Yorkies always using a harness, and maybe say something about collapsing tracheas. (I know he isn't a vet, but his advice could adversley affect many families)!
I wrote to the show about this the night the show aired and will post if I hear back from them.
