i think the breeder just wants to make sure potential families are familiar with the care and needs of small breeds (i.e. yorkies and biewers)....that question might be more directed towards people not on YT or other forums - like someone who just happened to stumble across her site from a google search or something...i am sure if you say you are a member of YT and have read the biewer threads and have yorkies, i think that would suffice....of course i am not the breeder and this is JMO but i think you will be okay
