My little girl, Gracie who is 3, has had similar problems. She takes metro daily and has been taking it for two years. The first time she was sick it was as you described with your little one. I too was cooking chicken and rice for her daily. She is now eating Royal Canine for Yorkshire Terriers and actually seems to like it. She has not had any serious vomiting problems in over a year now, but I can always tell when she is not feeling well because she gets a little finicky and I have to boil some chicken. I hope your little one gets better as Gracie did. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
