I used Special EFX hair color. It's non toxic and doesn't have any lifting agents in it (glorified kool-aid with out the flavor LOL). I'm a cosmetologist so I took all the precautions. The hair has to be white, sliver or very blonde for it to work. They have awesomely bright colors, I used a mix of cotton candy and atomic pink.
