I hope that number can be kept to a reasonable amount, I know that if there were no breeders that I would not have my babies to love, I am not anti breeding. Just Anti Cruelty
There is a fine line that needs to be drawn and I hope that in the months to come that some sense can be made out of breeders/puppymills. I am confident that with persistence in writing to our Representatives that hard work and heart will prevail and laws will change soon.
