I have used them from the beginning. No accidents on our floors, yet, after 3 months (fingers crossed). If we aren't watching Tyson closely while he is not in his crate, on goes the diaper. This cuts down on the urge to go INSIDE, especially inconspicuously, and now he knows to go to the door to have the diaper taken off to go pee or poo OUTSIDE. Take it from me, diapers help to correct!
