Hi everyone.. I am new here and just wanted say HI! I am also a new Yorkie owner... first dog ever! Chuey is 4 months old and the best puppy ever!!! I got him as a gift for Christmas... great surprise, I've always wanted one because they are just so darn cute! I just found out that my little one has been infected with Giardia.
He is currently on medication to get rid of this nasty parasite and also has to stay away from his "sisters", my 2 cats. Once this Giardia is gone, I plan on taking Chuey to PetSmart for puppy school. I've heard bad things about PetSmarts grooming, but I've heard good about their training classes. Feel free to give me your opinion. Also, he seems to get very nervous around other people.. he is good around other animals, but when around people he gets really scared and shakey. Is this normal for the breed, or is he just a "wussy"?
