I think its great that these horrid mills are finally getting busted! I dont think that the fines/penalities in some cases are strong enough.(like the guy with 1000 dogs and he still gets to keep 250) Thats rediculas!!!

What I am worried about, as are all reputable, responsible breeders, is the wording on all the legislation being introduced in almost all the states, much of it spurred on by peta and H$U$. They seem to lump mills, hobby/exhibitor breeders and bybers all in the same boat. They feel that a breeder is a breeder is a breeder. Cut and dried. Most non-breeders do not think of the ramifications if these bills are passed worded the way they are.Non-breeders dont seem to understand what rights will be taken away from the people who are so very passionate about their specific breed.
