There are two main causes of intestinal gas: eating gassy foods and an overgrowth of gut flora. Allergies can also play a part,
According to my doctor, turkey is the most hypoallergenic meat, rice the most hypoallergenic grain, and banana the most hypoallergenic fruit. My youngest skinkid, who had terrible intestinal problems as an infant, was actually on a turkey-rice-banana ONLY diet for months as they tried to sort him out. Nowadays we have probiotics to sort out what was wrong with him.
I would suggest to change puppy to a turkey and rice diet for a week and see if that changes the gassiness. That means her treats have to be pieces of boiled turkey, too. If it solves it, then you know her diet is the cause and you can gradually add new foods (one per week) until she starts having gas again...when that happens, you know what the problem is.
If you are giving her treats with sugar in them, that can be a cause: the normal yeast organisms in the gut go crazy with sugar (including molasses, karo, honey, etc.). When yeast grows, it gives off gas (that's why you put sugar in a bread recipe...to feed the yeast and make it give off the gas that raises the bread).
If her kibble contains gas-producing veggies, that may be the answer. Some of us are more susceptible than others...my husband can clear a room after eating cabbage...it doesn't affect me at all.
If the diet thing doesn't work, then I'd suggest you see your vet and ask if there is a probiotic for dogs and try that.
