Sure, I can help you with that. First, you need to find an image - animated gifs work well. Then, go to your profile page (You can get there by clicking on your member name on the right hand side where it says "Welcome". You'll need to upload your pictures/graphics to an album in order to use them on your profile pages - so create a new album then upload the pictures there.

Once you have done that, go back to your profile page, click on the link that says "Customize Profile" towards the right. Here is where you can make all the changes. Under "Main" there is a box that says "Background Image" -- If you click the little yellow icon next to that - it will show you the pictures you have in your albums, and you can choose the background image you want. Thank you for explaining this. I've been around since November and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to spruce up my profile.
