I would say that the licking is completely normal! At my mom's house two hours ago, our one yorkie, (Bandit) LOVES TO LICK! its so weird, he doesnt lick her, only new people. He tries to lick me all the time! He would do it for hours on end if I would let him! lol!!! He also does the tongue sticking out thing. The funniest part is when he is sitting with my mom, and looking at me and licking the air bc he can't reach me! He's adorable!!
