I got a Flickr account and got annoyed by the daily upload limit and I just paid the $25 or whatever it was for the year. I'm pretty happy with it. Server space costs more than that per MONTH so I decided it was worth it.
P.S. The iPhoto->Flickr account instant upload helped my decision a bit
