Okay, so we live in a pretty cool place in the winter and so I had been keeping Tobi's hair a bit longer thining it might keep him warmer. He still needs to wear sweaters and jackets though and he LOVES to be dressed. Like T-Shirts are a huge thing - I think this is because his foster momma dressed the yorkies up often. The problem is matting hair. If Tobi wears a sweater for a decent walk we get back and he is matted around his neck and under his arms. How do you guys deal with this? I am going to get him cut short for the time being. He is 14 months, so he should have his full adult coat by now, shouldn't he? Oh, and I brush him and comb hm out at least once a day...
