I am having the exact same problem. The last litter she had was only 3 pups and this time she has 5 and I think she is fed up with them. She will jump in for like a minute and than jump right back out. My vet said I could start watered down kibble at 4 weeks and thats what I am doing..... but mom jumps in a gobbles it up. Like you said, even though its the exact same thing she has in her bowl, just not watered down. They are so silly sometimes. But grinding it into really fine pieces is a good idea. I will try that tonight. Thank you!
