I just adopted my yorkie (Abby!) at 8 months old from a neglectful owner
and as a result of this she is not yet potty trained. I tried the tactic of saying NO and putting her outside, but this made her resent me for the next two days. Of course this is the last reaction I want!
I am wondering if there are any other methods, I am sure there are, that I can try for this wonderful pup?
