Im not going to say a work about the pet store... but get karyo syrup and get a syring and put some in his mouth and let it get on his gums the gums and tongue will let the suger get into the blood stream fast.. always keep that on hand.. then go to the emergency vet even if you have to travel... your puppy proably came from a puppy mill and needs a vet soon..
