I don't have any expeirence with breeding but I would have to say that seems unacceptable from a "good" breeder's standpoint. Breeding puppies means you know how to take care of them and if they had this oversight, how many other oversights have they made with the puppy they are offering?? I would continue to search... good things come to those who wait!
