Hmmm very strange, when my pups were about 3 weeks we lost power for a few hours and I don't have a generator, I put taffy in the whelping box with the pups and wraped a heavy blanket around the box to keep it warm and the babies were fine.. mom kept them warm for the time we were without power. I will ask for a refund too.. something is definetaly not right..
