I called Wal-mart, fellow said he had only been there a week and could not help me but gave me Wal Marts main #???
I called Office Max and she was VERY helpful and said she had one of the 8.9 and the Keyboard is the same size as a standard keyboard and sure the 10.1 would be the same. All numbers are on the top by eliminating the numbers on the right it gives them space for this larger keyboard. She said something different about the up and down arrows but I guess I was thinking of my next question.lol This woman got 10 stars in customer service and she said it was nice to have someone on the phone so appreciative.LOL Well remember I didn't see this but if that is the case, that sure would be good. Does anyone here have a netbook with standard keys on their keyboard?? I am still so worried about customer service and I wonder what tech support is like. |
