To add to what I posted, I finally found the 800# for ACER 1-800-816-2237 and was very disappointed. Tech support does not know what I want to know, I'm sure and calling a store like Wal-Mart or some of the others do not have sales people who know beans but that is my next try. I can see how good customer service is extremely important and I beginning to appreciate what I have had with Dell for all these yrs.
